WARRANTY

Irriland irrigators are covered by two specific forms of guarantee extended to:

• 12 Months for all the manufacturing defects inside the irrigator
• 6 years against the passing corrosion

 

12 MONTHS WARRANTY:

Irriland irrigators are guaranteed for a 12 month period from the purchase date, against damages due to manufacturing defects analyzed and recognized from the Irriland firm. In accordance with what is established in the sales conditions subscribed at the moment of the purchase of the irrigator, the following services are free of charge.

• Supply and substitution of the damaged parts, which can’t by used, do to a checked defect in the materials
• Supply of materials necessary to make or to complete the repair, and useful for this purpose( for ex. filling up and /or substitution of lube oils, gaskets, bands, etc.)

During the guarantee period, the following are to the customer’s charge.

• Labor for substitutions or repair services
• The substitutions of wearing materials ( for ex. pads brake reductors, turbine rolling seal, etc.)
• The interventions of programmed maintenance, (described in the USAGE and MAINTENANCE instructions.)

6 YEAR WARRANTY:

The irrigator treated with the hot galvanizing process, is guaranteed 6 years against the passing corrosion. With this guarantee it is established that each part of the starting date, will be repaired of substituted free of charge. The guarantee remains valid, with the following exceptions:

• In case the process of corrosion is caused by accidental damages of the protective galvanized mantle like: scratches, accidents, etc.
• If the customer didn’t try to eliminate the damages due to causes not depending from the process of production or to a bad maintenance.
